Things I never thought I'd type: A character on a commercial worse than Larry the Dr. Pepper guy.

Funny side note: I was listening to a Tarantino podcast with Chris Hardwick on Nerdist, and Tarantino said he really wanted to use My Sharona in Pulp Fiction for the scene in the basement of the pawn shop, mostly because it has a "great butt fucking beat." He didn't get the rights for some reason. Just weird for it to show up in a terrible commercial.

Don't remember if I posted this early on in the thread, but any chips commercial where they take a chip from the very top of the bag (as if the bag wouldn't close if they tried).

The latest Tostitos commercials are the worst. Chips sticking out of the top of the freaking bag.

The real world has to reach down through two-thirds of empty air to get to a fuckin' chip.

Especially the completely untalented hack actors. They HAVE to be producers' kids or something.

The girl has to be related to Lena Dunham. They have the same biceps.

The Allstate woman who shoved her safe driving check into her man's face to shame him for saying men are better drivers. We get it, he said something dumb and sexist. Either dump him or STFU.

Does it look like a misprint? Eh! Eh! Silence! I despise that commercial.

I was about the write this.

I wish the guy in the ad would say, "Bitch, you only got the check because you make me drive you candy-ass all over the city looking at shoes. You're not even a 6. I don't know why I put up with you."

He has the look on his face like, "yeah, boss me around now but I'll dump your ass once your tits start sagging."

The only redeeming quality of those commercials is hearing President Palmer speak. /24geek

One woman receiving a safe-driving check from one insurance company is in no way a refutation of the premise that men are better drivers than women.
