Yes. I distinctly listed USA Today as an example of classified information. Thanks, YF!

You're a brave man to get in there and get it on with him. He's beaten so many of us so badly for so long that we don't dare engage him ...

That is what happened. The speed of the car didn't change, but the law (making it classified), did.

Unless you want to say that the drivers should know that the speed limit is too high already.

From the Department of the Army:

    Chapter 2-6.

"Apply markings to or other means of identification to the derivatively classified information as required by this regulation ..."

Department of the Army Information Security Program

Why would the Army need classified information marked if the information already is classified? Shouldn't the Army already know that it's classified?

No Baron. You are trying very hard, but you're wrong.

You should read up on it instead of just posting off the top of your head.

Read something written by someone with experience handling classified information.

Well, Yf, how about then?White House? Are they experienced enought?

    Section 1.6 c

"The agency originating the document shall, by markings or other means, indicate which portions are classified."

Executive Order 13526- Classified National Security Information

Markings or other means. But why would that be necessary when everyone is already supposed to know it's classified a
    Ready?

Like, for example, Sen. Ted Cruz, who apparently blurted out classified information during one of the GOP debates.

If she had an email she had used for years like HillaryC@yahoo.com and the State Department wanted her to use Hillary.R.Clinton7@statedept.gov, I can totally understand why she would say screw that and fly free.

THAT's all you have? I quoted the law on it.
