I was wondering that as I typed it. Probably not.

No. Doesn't even need to be a lawyer.

  3. Scalia will be remembered as a major player in SCOTUS history. Maybe the biggest. He'll be quoted alongside Holmes, Marshall, Jay and Chase.

I'm sad he passed, but I think he served his time on the court and was well-past his prime. On social issues he was woefully outdated; an anachronism.

It will be mess to get a replacement within the next few months.

I had a poly sci professor who argued the choice of a justice should just about incite to physical violence due the immense power they wield for the remainder of their lives.

Sadly, it only took Pelosi and Reid two years to inflict major damage. Of course, they had some help from Carter and Clinton in the previous years.

Yeah. Can't believe we're just all casually ignoring the millions of Americans who died from gay people being able to marry and the millions more who have been killed by $1.70 gas prices, less unemployment, affordable health care and a better economy.

I have no idea what this means. Even did a google search.

There is no "less unemployment, affordable health care and a better economy." Not even close. And those gas prices? Caused by the fracking that Obama would so love to ban.

It's Hebrew. "What makes this night different from all other nights?"

It is part of asking of the four questions during a Passover Seder.

    The Republican fanboy has spoken!

Tony, just say this: "All actions by Democrats are evil! All words spoken by Democrats are lies! All actions taken by Republicans are beyond question! All words spoken by Republicans are true!"

There. Now you never have to post again and the rest of us can have a reasonable discussion.

It's so Tony that fracking will save America.

Shouldn't you hammer Obama for the prices being so low, since it's caused a 60 percent drop in the domestic rig count and resulted in thousands of lost jobs for blue-collar Real Americans®?
