    I was thinking more along the lines of the shitshow Cleveland could become and what might happen as far as unrest goes in the weeks leading up to an inauguration of Donald Trump.

    A Trump nomination would be a shitshow but I think it will be met with a collective eye rolling from Republicans like me, who don't want Trump or Cruz.

    I wasn't around for 1968 (I showed up four years later), but if there's any comparison between then and 2016, maybe it's this:

    In 1968, the "silent majority" of Americans went for establishment candidates, like Nixon.

    In 2016, the "silent majority" of Americans doesn't vote and rarely ever thinks about politics. At all.
