These are great points you keep making. But you're up against people who have created double standards higher than Mount Everest.

Yes. And, what were the "negative consequences"?

What if it's shown that Hillary shared info with Sid?

What if it's shown her mishandling of the info allowed it to fall into the hands of foreign governments?

What if she killed Vince Foster?!

    Totally irrelevant.

The info Hillary mishandled was classified. You're either falling for her "marked" defense, or you're pushing a defense you know to be flawed. Either way, it doesn't matter.

They took info from the classified system, and put it into her unclassified email. That's a crime. There's no way to even pretend it was a mistake.

    Again, I'm not predicting this.

But, we can't rule it out. We don't know what the FBI has found. We don't even know if they've recovered the emails she deleted. And, we don't know how she would respond if she was prosecuted. Would she plea, or would she go to trial?

There are way too many facts that are unknown.

Much better these things get leaked to our enemies. Right?

She's not the candidate who talks about what a great friend Putin is.

Except it is required that the information be "marked." I've already posted the regulations previously from multiple sources.

And that's not even getting into that the info wasn't classified until after she left office.

Complete emails from Sidney Blumenthal have been redacted because they contained classified information.

She appears to have shared classified info with her daughter.

We don't know what was in the 2/3 of the emails she deleted -- but the FBI may know.

We do know that she was careless with classified info. It's not outlandish to think she may have improperly shared some of this info.

That's hardly a murder conspiracy theory.

For the 12 millionth time. She. Is. Not. Under. Criminal. Investigation.

Here's what's wrong with Jeb Bush saying Hillary Clinton is under FBI investigation

    Maybe we need fewer enemies.

We can start by taking "any other nation that wants to better itself and have a sphere of influence" off that list.

Baron, let's try this again. I'll try to talk to you like you're a fifth grader.

If a Clinton aide views classified documents in a SCIF, and then paraphrases the info in an email to her, does that info magically become declassified, because the new email is not "marked", or does it remain classified?
