Of course they do. But their obstructionist claim is that Obama shouldn't nominate anyone. Fuck that.

Now that this has been pointed out, I'm sure the Times will come back with a "that's different"editorial to cover their tracks.

It's pretty clear the media have their marching orders from the DNC.

You know why an autopsy wasn't required? Because TEXAS ... FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDOM!

Scalia's death and lack of an autopsy bring out the conspiracy theorists

There wasn't an autopsy because the family didn't want one.

I guess they were in on the conspiracy too.

I don't think anyone has said the GOP Senste shouldn't "resist." If they want to reject the next candidate, that's their prerogative.

What they're trying to do is prevent Obama from even nominating anyone so they don't have to get their hands dirty, because they know it's a loser politically to look obstructionist in an election year.

I'm a little unclear as to why a super Catholic family would want cremation.

Obviously!!! So was that doctor who thought his health was too weak to withstand shoulder surgery.

I hope President Trump gets Secretary of State Alex Jones to investigate this!

I gotta say, though, the fact that there was no autopsy on Ken Lay was a central component of the belief that he is still alive.

    Which he is BTW.

Cremation hasn't been banned by the Catholic Church since 1963, and is increasingly popular among Catholics:

I'm not sure if you're genuinely curious, or if you're hinting that he might not be the good Catholic he presented himself to be.

Well, didn't Scalia publicly come out against Vatican II?

If Scalia had a pillow over his face, is it possible he was protecting himself from a Peyton Manning prank when he died?
