Kings be Kings -- a week after preparing to fire and then not firing George Karl, they piss him off by firing his top assistant.

Kings GM Vlade Divac fires assistant coach Vance Walberg

@qtlaw buddy Ranadive continues to run that tight ship. Gonna be an awesome decade for Sacto.

Imagine how good they'd be if they weren't stuck with Cousins?

Not to be out-Kinged, the Nets hired Sean Marks as general manager. I remember him as a Kiwi who played at Cal in the late '90s, but that's about it. Apparently I'm not the only one who wasn't keeping tabs.

I'm mostly mesmerized by Chris Kaman. Between the male pattern baldness and the pot belly, he looks like a 42-year-old accountant who won a fantasy camp lottery to play in an actual NBA game.

Great show by the Blazers. Rainman, were you able to get away from the bird sanctuary and go?

Seems like players breaking 50 becomes a regular thing after the All-Star Break.
