Question: Why did Jeb Bush's campaign never take off? Was it genuinely because he continued to defense the Iraq War and his brother's presidency? That doesn't seem like it would be a huge negative in a Republican primary campaign. Was it saying, "stuff happens," in regard to a mass shooting? That doesn't seem like a deal-breaker, either, to this audience.

When you consider money spent and endorsements received, it has to be the "Ishtar" of presidential campaigns.

Why?

 

Shouldn't we hold off on handing out awards until we see if Hillary joins him in the dumpster?

Bush fatigue.

If that idiot's name wasn't Bush, why in the fuck would we ever think of him as presidential?

 

Even on the right there is Bush fatigue. It’s not so much what GW did -- he will be judged very well by history -- but how badly he let the left and the media -- but I repeat myself -- control the debate. That's what led to the horrible election cycles of 06 and 08.

 

But at least she's competing and winning primaries.
