My new dishwasher cleans my dishes better than I am able to by hand. And it made me feel inefficient.

My princess co-worker ranted on Facebook last week about not having her Fitbit with her, meaning she wouldn't be able to count her calories when going to the gym after work. She ended her rant by posting "The struggle is real."
A friend of hers posted in response: "Really?" I SO wanted to like that response.

I would have posted in response, do you want me to punch you in the fucking nose?

It is a great hobby, and the amount of tutorials and tips online make it a lot different learning today than it was decades ago.

Talked to the guy I'm replacing in Honduras today. Looks like I'll have a maid. Fifty bucks a month. Cleans three times a week, and buys groceries in Comayagua. I hate making fucking shopping lists.

I first-world problem that you will experience while living in the developing world.
    That is Alanis Morissette-style irony.

Have you ever gotten good advice that you just couldn't take?

Are you the guy I mailed my old gold jewelry to?
I still haven't gotten my check.

No, my last name has five letters. Check with a guy who has a four letter last name, ends with 'u'.

Yeah. I've debated this for a few days. I'm not a housekeeper kind of guy, for sure, but the guy I'm replacing said this woman has worked for the MEDEVAC company commanders at Soto Cano for more than 10 years.

On another note, however. I get my own golf cart.
