When you say you are more lenient on mandatory sentences for drug offenders, what do you mean? You think mandatory sentences aren't the way to go?

2. PUBLIC FIGURE. Trump is the most public of all public figures. He and his family have no credible expectation of privacy.

3. OPINION.

4. FAIR COMMENT ON A MATTER OF PUBLIC INTEREST. Sexual predation and abuse are serious problems.
The public has an interest in knowing if a major media/business/political figure has engaged in such actions.

5. CONSENT. Trump's repeated and frequently unprompted discussion of this topic on mass media outlets certainly implies he assents to its discussion.

6. CLAIMANT INCAPABLE OF FURTHER DEFAMATION.

So let's hope Trump comes up with better legal theories from now on WHILE HE'S FUCKING HIS DAUGHTER.
