Frankly, the Dow settlement is as fitting a synopsis of his judicial career as you could expect.

    Good God.

The question has nothing to do with "defending" a convicted domestic abuser. It had to do with ensuring constitutional rights are guaranteed.

The idea that his question somehow offends you is ridiculous.

Why don't you go and listen to Hillary Clinton cackle over getting a rapist off and tell me if that offends you.

I know I feel guilty for defending a terrorist on the Apple thread.

Just thought it was odd that this was the case he decided to break "the streak" - And yeah, laughing at getting a rapist acquitted does offend me. These two aren't exactly poster boys.
Argument preview: Another arcane case in which Justice Scalia will be missed

The politicians just don't get it; some times you appoint smart people, who are well qualified (beyond the "litmus" test), and they make the right decision (I'm not saying who are the smart ones here).

A career public defender until she was appointed a federal appellate judge three years ago...

    LOL.

But, let's still pretend he was seriously considering a Republican governor.

Baron is satisfied that the White House is of pure heart on this.
