"Impacted" as a verb! Who is this guy?

    Fucking government workers.

Exactly. Truly sensitive information never touches email. When my buddy was at the CIA, he had to write about those kinds of documents in a specified room with no Internet access.

It actually is. One of the hallmarks of internet wannabe lawyers who don't know what they are talking about is that they think they can quote the laws without understanding the context in which they are practiced, which courts absolutely do consider.

Would you like to provide an example of where "practical facts" got someone acquitted in a criminal case of mishandling classified documents?

Why would you put "practical facts" in quotes when I didn't use that phrase?

I will wait for the "FBI Primary" to conclude soon and release its findings.

Pastor did. That's what I was replying to in my post that you quoted.

"Context?" Next, you'll be pointing out how they don't understand the nuances of this case.

I've done work with the government. I have never been employed by the government.

This is correct. The projects that I dealt with that involved sensitive results required that electronics would not have internet access.

Duh. It's not even a criminal investigation.
