This has little to do with this thread, but I figured it wouldn't be the first time that's ever happened on this site.

So, anyway: Marla Maples, one of Trump's former wives, is a contestant on the new season of "Dancing With the Stars," which got under way tonight. She scored a very respectable first-week total of 21, putting her in a tie for second place so far.

 

Wonder what he thought about Marla Maples on Dancing with the Stars?

 

The best ex-wife performance ever.

 

I don't know what Trump thought, but I'm guessing ABC/DWTS was hoping to capitalize on the current concentration on all things Trump by including Maples in the current season's cast.

Well, it's not as if DWTS needs to have Marla Maples on it in order to do well in the ratings. It seems to be a pretty popular show regardless of who's ever on it. Despite her good start, Maples probably won't even star in among the large ensemble cast, or even last to the end.

If first impressions mean anything, in fact, this season probably will be won by a deaf guy, Nyle DiMarco. He was amazing.
