This seems a little over the top, considering the NCAA's credentials, which feature pop-out sections that would be hard to duplicate well.

Super Bowl did same thing. Nothing new.

I thought as long as you refer to the Oklahoma players who admit they haven't been in a classroom this year, as well as the players from the squeaky clean Cuse and UNC programs as "Student Athletes" you'd be in the clear.

Going out on a limb here and guessing it didn't belong to someone from CBS.

I get why they do it though. It's a security risk. Of course, someone with evil intentions could probably just take a foto of someone with a credential and mock one up.

Be a professional. It almost seems like you're gloating if you post a photo of your credential on social media. Very look at me.

Agreed, but the NCAA guy's tweet came off the same way. Congrats on doing your job, dude. Did you give the young reporter detention, too?

I'm with you. Don't really condone the NCAA calling the guy out publicly. But with so many inexperienced folks out there and with social media being so prevalent, I wonder if his higher-ups didn't ask him to make an example of someone.

That's because you left out the obligatory paper cup with the NCAA logo!
