I'm pleasantly surprised that the sunshine avoision is actually gaining some traction.

 

I typically find out everything I need to know about a judge's ruling based upon five-word, out-of-context nuggets in a Reuters story.

 

Ted Kennedy would have done a better job of getting to the nuts and bolts of it ...

 

Not that I would be astonished that a 72-year-old Reagan appointee from San Antonio would hold such an opinion.

I found the Post's correction at the bottom of that story to be quite interesting. Sounds like they're retracting the 147 FBI agents claim.
