I like it on a BLT, too.

Sez you. Eat the way you like. Don't try to dictate terms to the rest of the world.

This guy was okay with ketchup packets when there was nothing else but snow to eat.

I've experimented with different combinations of condiments on hot dogs. My go-to right now is to chop up some onions and fresh jalapeños, and mix them in a small bowl with relish. Ketchup and mustard (brown mustard is pretty good) go on first, then the mix from the bowl on top of that.

I've also made "barbecue dogs" with barbecue sauce and cole slaw. That's OK, but not that great. Might be better on a grilled hot dog than a boiled one.
Different mustards, different sauces ... a hot dog is a great base layer for fun with the condiment table.

The only thing yellow mustard is remotely appetizing on is a chili slaw dog/burger. Come to think of it, that's the only thing on which I like coleslaw.

Other than that, I'll take my dogs with ketchup, Dukes mayo, raw onion and a side of fuck you for telling me I'm doing it wrong.

Boiled hot dogs are only slightly less worse than ketchup on hot dogs.

I'll take boiled hot dogs at a baseball game, but that's it. And preferably not in Kansas City, but that's another matter.

It can be boiled, then finished on the grill, or a natural-casing dog split and finished on a flattop, I'm all over that.

Can take or leave ketchup, but prefer the simplicity of some Boetje's spicy brown mustard and some sauerkraut on a pillow-soft bun.

I'll eat a couple hot dogs in a year, at most, and they have to be Hebrew National all beef.

Yellow mustard on slices of honey baked ham is pretty damn good, and I had plenty of that combo on Easter.

Nathan's are pretty good but you have to careful not to overcook them on the grill. My personal choice is Gulden's Brown Mustard. It's what they gave us at RFK Stadium for Senators games.

Yeah, I forgot Nathans. I like them, too. Guldens is OK, a really spicy deli mustard is best. Also, I like Sabrett's onion sauce or sauerkraut along with the mustard. Pepper or corn relish are good, too. Green relish is just ok.
