You are saying that since there are no standards, any woman could just claim they are depressed and get a late-term abortion. That is saying that they may fake depression or any other mental issue.

 

Among the main things in your posts that I question, the line I bolded is the premise that is most deserving of rejection. You are either completely full of shit or you have no clue what Democrats think if you really believe Baron represents all Democrats.

 

Struggling to draw clear lines in extremely difficult cases isn't a moral or logical failing. There's a reason bad cases make bad law.

 

I'd also like YF to back up his claim that "nearly every Dem politician" agrees with Baron. His response to being challenged is to try to turn it on board members who disagree with him, but he is the one making the claim. He needs to back it up or shut up.
