Because I'm speaking in general terms. I saw someone hit a home run off Clayton Kershaw one time. How can he be good?

Except Clayton Kershaw isn't trying to give up a home run. Republicans, meanwhile, say one thing, and put their efforts towards the opposite.

Of course it's inconsistent and of course they want more laws. Conservative Republicans have for the past 20-plus years employed an incremental approach to legally restricting abortion rights through legislation. Not unlike the way they have historically approached Civil rights or they way they are currently approaching gay rights.

And any tiny restriction on killing babies really pisses you off. We get it.

A guy who spends massive amounts of time trolling a message board thinks I don't understand how to navigate social interactions? That's funny. But hey, at least he thinks he is a nice guy.

Dickie, I'm exactly who I choose to be here and I have no need whatsoever for empathy. Perhaps you desperately need to be popular here, but please don't project your needs on to me. If you haven't figured that out by now, you are even more clueless than I thought.

Don't know about this specific case, but fwiw the unions usually aren't big proponents of high minimum wage laws because high minimum wages decrease the need for collective bargaining.
