Got a lot going on man. Don't think pot is going to help, unfortunately.

Nope, "it's in the woman" is the answer to the question. Her body.

Eh, it's Wrestlemania/Opening/Women's Final Four Day. Go look it up yourself.

Then why do you believe in exceptions?

So, why isn't that always your answer? Why should late term abortions ever be banned, if the woman's body trumps all?

    I'll try later.

Sorry to interrupt Wrestlemania day, or the women's final. LOL.

You have to get the women's Final Four in there to balance the blatant misogyny of WWE.

Because the point of viability changes things. It's no longer potential life. Now it has a chance to live.

Viability. The woman's body always trumps a collection of cells. It doesn't always trump a viable fetus, unless under medical circumstances.

Are you saying medical conditions shouldn't trump a fetus' right to life? What kind of medical conditions should? A coma?

I guess I don't know that Baron's stance seems overly complicated or hypocritical to me.

He thinks that prior to viability, the fetus is not alive, and, therefore, the woman's bodily autonomy easily trumps all over concerns.

After viability, he thinks the fetus is alive, but believes in a balancing of interests, with the woman's interest in bodily autonomy still carrying a significant amount of weight, but the fetus's interests weighed more heavily than before.
