If we learned anything this series, it's the Blazers are going to be a tough team the next few years.

If the Blazers can figure out how to finish they'll be deadly. Game 1 was a blowout and Game 4 took a special effort from Curry. Games 2 and 5 they could have won and arguably should have won Game 2. But that's also the magic of the Warriors: They can fight back. What a great, albeit short, series.

The crazy thing about that last Curry 3 was it just thrown up and he walked away like he knew it was in. Ridiculous.

He does that a lot. I've never seen him be wrong.

And they said investigative journalism is dead.

It's his ability to launch a shot - not just anywhere on the court, but from any angle that makes him so difficult to guard. There have been great shooters in the past, but they needed space and one J looked like pretty much every other J.

A lot of times, too, he seems to freeze defenders by doing a move that looks like he's setting something up, but instead he uses it to shoot. The behind the back move that led to the last 3 is a perfect example. That's a move most guys would use to create space and either pass or drive, and the defender treated it that way. He wasn't going to get caught going for it. Instead, he gets caught out of position because Curry never intended to do either of those things. Or he did if he needed to, but analyzed it so fast that he was able to get that shot off in the .1 second of time he needed.
It's got to be awesome to be at that level. It's almost like having superpowers, knowing you can do things other people can't and there's not a damn thing they can do about it.

Get a good look at Duncan and Manu tonight. They both look about as done as done can be.

I loathe Pop for the stupid games he plays...but not giving the fans a chance to thank Tim Duncan by pulling him in the last minute is absurd. He should be ripped to shreds for that.

Listening to Breen verbally fellate the Spurs and Pop, I get that same queasy feeling as when I watch a Duke game. Thank goodness the West finals are in good hands with Marv and TNT.
