What does forcing an employer to pay for contraceptives have to do with a woman's womb?

 

My office is right along the way.

 

They weren't being forced to pay for contraceptives. The government would instead. All the employer had to do was sign a paper saying they had a religious objection. That was still too much for the employers, who felt that signing the paper was akin to going against their religion because they believe their religion teaches that they're responsible for everyone, not just themselves.

This is a really confusing ruling. The NYT version on decision makes it appear that The Supreme Court kicked it back to Circuit Court to finalize and that it's not yet a done deal.
