There are people who post frequently on this thread who are amusingly obsessive and partisan to the degree it doesn't matter what the other side says.

But there have also been a few posts in the past couple of days that are actually a little bit scary.

 

It's a tough thing, Jake.

It's a weird thing, the differing nature of Republican and Democratic Internet obsessives. If the shoe was on the other foot, and a Republican had been in the White House for eight years and the Democrat had a less than one point lead in one, repeat one, poll average, the Democratic obsessive would be freaking out in terror (doesn't take many clicks to find them right now). The Republican obsessive lives in a world of perpetual triumph based on the same information. Same facts, different stupidity.

 

Fine, bring it on. Reminds me of some dumbasses in Oregon a while back. You've got your AR-15s and the bunkers you built, and the US Army has Apache helicopters and drones with Hellfire missles.
