No, what I believe creates new terrorists is illegally and unjustly invading a country that had nothing whatsoever to do with terrorist attacks against us, along the way murdering untold thousands of its people with no prior involvement in terrorism against us, and then creating an unholy power vacuum/quagmire that grotesquely destabilized the region, created an ideal terrorist breeding ground in a country that had previously kept terrorists out, and led directly to the rise of ISIS. Yeah, I can see how that sort of policy might push the world's terrorist count up a bit.

To even suggest the Bush and Obama administrations stand on equal ground in this area makes you look pathetically ignorant.
