Trump cheats at golf - the ONE and ONLY politics thread

I'm sure those protesters are just misunderstood and normally productive members of society.

 

There probably something ironic about their actions.

 

Add in that selling weapons to Vietnam while China is stealing their islands and fishing grounds and strong arming their fishermen gives China something else to be concerned about in the region. It functions as a shot over China's bow. The Chinese and the Viets have warred off and on for a thousand years and Vietnam still has their country. The Vietnam war has been over for forty years now. How long did it take us to reach an accommodation with Germany and Japan, who killed a helluva lot more people (and Americans) than Viet Nam ever thought of?

Forget about her loony views about POTUS. This is a candidate for a top public education post who says parents shouldn't trust the public school system. It's like a gun-control activist running for the presidency of the NRA.

 

Today's Republicans campaign on the plank that the government is dysfunctional and can't do anything right. They get elected and prove it.

But anyhoo: speaking of emails, on the very day of the IG report, Trump's campaign accidentally sends an email to a Politico reporter, asking them to get some research for the Clinton Whitewater "scandal". His campaign adviser and the reporter share the same last name, although they're not related.

I'd hate to see what happens when Trump's people are entrusted with classified emails. And Whitewater? That's really going to move the needle.
