White Sox with a crisp seven-pitcher, seven-hit, 13-walk, one-run effort to beat the Mets in 13 innings.

Gregg kept saying that he has his strike zone and everybody knows it. I kept waiting and waiting for somebody there, anybody there, to say to Gregg: "The first time you stepped on a baseball field when you were 7 or 8 years old, you were told the strike zone was knees to shoulders and over the plate. When and why did you decide to create your own strike zone that was something different than that?"
    However, old news.

There was one over the 400-foot sign at Miller Park earlier this year that was "measured" at 396 feet.

Apropos of nothing, I'm pretty sure Rokski popped up in my Facebook feed the other day as someone "I may know." That freaked me out a bit.

Who said it's a pitchers' park? Seattle, down 12-2 midway through their game in San Diego, rallies for a 16-13 win.

The middle part of the M's order — Cano, Cruz, Seager — is on fire lately.

Of course that happens one day after this:

Padres top executive calls team 'miserable failures'

A game like tonight, I'm surprised he didn't go all Ray Kroc and grab the PA microphone to rip the team in front of everybody.
