They're both problems, but focusing on only one at expense of even addresssing the other (very obvious one in this case) is not only disingenuous but dangerous. I will say again that I'm glad we're keeping the dialogue going even amid disagreements. Elsewhere, that's not the case. As disagreements are frowned upon.

Sure. And add in a severe case of homophobia.

Some folks only notice if they kill Americans, or Western Europeans. But, it is happening every single day.

And, the difference between here and the Middle East isn't the access to firearms, it's the concentration of Muslims.

So am I supposed to hate Muslims now?

If they're not killed by guns or make good SEO headlines, what difference does it make?

You could find a little room for hating terrorists or those who kill based on religious fanaticism.

What kind of gun did the Boston Marathon terrorists use?

How about the 9/11 terrorist's? AR-15s for them too?

    I don't hate anybody.
But I certainly don't approve of terrorism.

And how would Trump's idea of banning Muslims from entering the country have helped here?
The guy was a U.S. citizen, born in the U.S.

Saying a M4 and a an AR are the "same weapon" is not accurate. There is a difference. That was my point.
