    Rainman had some interesting thought about how the shooter could reload so many times in that short of a time. Apparently Rainman is trying to pawn Facebook memes off as his original thoughts.

    Yes, the Orlando PD should be vilified for telling the media it was an AR when it was just an AR-style rifle.

    There are two questions here:

    1. Would it violate the 2nd Amendment to ban these rifles?

    2. Would it be poor policy to ban these rifles?

    I think the answer is "no" in both instances. What say the rest of you?

    The "assault weapon ban" largely focused on individual features.
