So he's shown that he can't actually pivot and that terrorism isn't actually a strong issue for him. There's just not any room left to maneuver, we're getting into live boy/dead girl territory for Clinton. I'd give her even money on beating Trump from a jail cell.

I thought about that, but I decided to leave the idiom intact because it would sound weird the other way around. And also because I'm pretty sure Trump's going to make a lesbian joke at one of the debates.
