OK. But Hank and Co. don't really give a shit how bad they are......they don't think rationally like that.
    They want results. RESULTS, DAMMIT.

George was like that, but not Hank. Hank likes his guys, and Girardi is one of them.

Hank isn't really the top Steinbrenner after embarrassing himself with his mouth while trying to do a cheap impression of his father early on while in charge. Hal usually is the top Steinbrenner.

I've been following this little statty thing, and it keeps getting more interesting (at least to me).

Johnny Cueto has now pitched 102 2/3 innings and has a 2.10 ERA.

In two of those innings, he allowed a total of 11 earned runs.

In the other 100 2/3 innings, his ERA is 1.07.

Rondon got fucked, twice, in the Harper at-bat.

And I hope the NLCS is Cubs-Nats.

Yup, you're right. I mixed up the names. Hal is the principal owner. I think he mostly lives in Tampa, right?

The family has been based out of Tampa for years. There have even been times when there have been cliques between the Tampa brass and the New York brass.

Right, I'm well aware. My point being that Hal spends most of his time during the season in New York running the team, while Hank is in Tampa pretty much year round.
