It's not unconstitutional for the 98 percent of people on the list who don't have Second Amendment rights.

Hillary scoffs at the idea that she would do anything to the Second Amendment.

Now, because, short of going through the amendment process, change will likely come through the courts, we often press candidates for president about their potential judicial nominees.

Both sides -- but especially Dems -- basically have a litmus test on abortion rights for potential SCOTUS picks.

Isn't the obvious follow up to Hillary's statements about guns whether or not she would appoint justices who would uphold Heller vs. DC?

Trump's put out a list of potential SCOTUS nominees. I haven't heard a word about who Hillary might appoint, or what issues she might focus on when making a choice.

    Sure you have.

    Barack Obama.

And we know he would gut the Second Amendment if given the chance.

Yup. He's taking the guns any day now.

If he could... he would. Isn't that obvious?

What, you think Dick is to the left of Obama on guns?

If he was on the Court, how do you think he would have voted in Heller?

Obviously his final act before walking out of the Oval Office to attend his successor's inauguration will be doing just that. Obviously!

Please elaborate. I'd love to hear an argument for this.

The Executive Order of the century. Mic dropped!
