    He could have shit for brains and not know ISIS from Hamas, and still be inspired by their actions or the general idea of them.

    In fact, that's probably how ISIS gets most of their recruits - from among the dumbest and easily manipulated people in the crowd.

    ISIS deals in propaganda and violence, not a rich understanding of Islamic history or global geopolitics.

    I'm going to put on my tinfoil hat for a minute and ask a somewhat serious, but 98.5 percent crazy question.
    If Trump wins the election, is there a greater than zero percent chance that Obama declares a state of emergency, refuses to acknowledge the results of the election, and stays on in office? Or somehow challenges the results, no matter how wide a margin it might be?
    The constitutional pretzel twisting and disregard for our system and basic logic that would have to go on to make it happen would make your head explode, but it's not like that isn't becoming normal these days anyway.

    He went to a Mosque four times a week. He knew the difference between Sunni and Shia.

    It's also not shocking that the head of the FBI, which interviewed this guy three times to determine if he was a threat, is downplaying his terror ties.
