Rally and Batgirl, my mom's babies. Who knew all that was missing from her life was two spoiled brats?

Batgirl runs the place. My parents live on a dirt road in the country, and their property is on a bend in the road. The pups like to run the length of the fence and bark. Ral is too fat to get through the fence, but Bats will squeeze through and run to the neighbors' houses for tummy rubs.

One day, a semi came down the road and the Bat escaped, running right at the front tires. The truck slowed down and Batgirl just kept at it until it stopped. The driver got out and she flopped over for the tummy rub.

Freaking chihuahua brought down a semi-truck.

Awesome. Except Batgirl almost getting killed. Peanut jumped straight out my window while I was stopped at a light on a pretty busy state road/highway. Fortunately, I managed to open the passenger and she got back in the car. Both my dogs have no fear of cars. Fortunately, they seem to have slowed down digging out of the yard as much as they've gotten older.

My mom got Bat because someone threw her out of a moving vehicle. Her whole little, apparently. She was the lone survivor, and someone gave her to my sister.

Batgirl has no fear at all. Rally's too stupid, bless his heart, to be afraid. He also doesn't bark. You leave him outside accidentally, and he'll just be waiting patiently when you discover he's missing and open the door.

They both dig. I don't think I've ever had a dog dig like that before. Batgirl will dig and then sit for 20 minutes or longer, staring at the hole.

You stealing from my Facebook page again?

And I despise slideshows, but this one is just 8 pages, so I'll deal. (I've seen this before, but I don't think I posted it here. If so, my apologies).

Arditor - 8 Ways Your Dog is Saying "I Love You"

And to answer a question asked earlier on the thread:

    Face Licking

Warm, sticky, wet and stinky! We know this can get annoying but licking a person's face is a love gesture from a dog. Dogs lick faces for a few reasons. Mainly, if your pet dog is licking your face, he is trying to groom you! Grooming is an intimate gesture only done after a strong connection is made between dogs (so now you know he sees you as one of his kind). On the other hand, if a stranger dog licks your face, it is simply trying to say that he is harmless and friendly.
