No, you have to max out which I think is 45 a year or so.

It's 55% of your avg weekly earnings up to a max of 525 a week.

 

In NJ it is 60% I think. Neighbor collected for just about 2 years, but that was around 5 years ago. Not positive, but thought could collect up to a year before they granted extensions. Have to check, but pretty sure they took away the extensions.

 

Just move to another country illegally and everything will be covered.
