No, but the possibility is what gives the government leverage to get a plea of the lesser charge of mishandling classified info.

 

The sensitivity of the information is also a crucial difference between Clinton and Petraeus, as if the other major differences weren't enough. Arguments over overclassification are still a part of this case.

 

Honestly, the closer parallel to Clinton is probably Paula Broadwell, not Petraeus.
