Ziegler has made a career out of being the "other side" of an argument no one would be having if not for him.

This sounds a little different than this:

If I run a college athletic program, or a prep school that boards students, I'm hiring an investigator and/or law firm to conduct an investigation. I'd want every coach/teacher, as well as every player/student over the last 40 years to be contacted and asked if they ever suffered or witnessed any kind of abuse.

School provides contact info to law firm. Law firm sends out email, and sets up online firm. As information comes in, phone and in person interviews commense.

Hell, even current coaches, teachers and administrators should on an annual basis be asked if they witnessed any abuse.

If people know that credible claims will be treated properly, victims and witnesses will come forward.

If your answer to this is "Yes, six months ago, I saw assistant coach XXXX naked in the shower with a young boy," wouldn't you feel that you might get some heat for not reporting it about six months earlier?

Maybe, if they know they will be asked about it, and if they know administrators will properly deal with an accusation, they will come forward right away, instead of waiting six months.

Beef up law enforcement's efforts to catch sexual predators of all kinds. I think recent history has taught us to not leave anything up to dipshit school administrators.

Speaking of dipshit school administrators, these three clowns ever going to see a courtroom or are we gonna' keep gobbling up more taxpayer money so that the dead gym teacher's name doesn't get brought up in a trial?

Is there a more delusional set of students then Penn State students? OOP must have gone here.

Oh joy. JC is stalking me on another thread. Please, get over your obsession. It is getting to be a bit awkward.

And no, I did not go to Penn State.
