Oddly enough, I'm not all that bothered by those comments. The one thing you can say for Saddam, the man knew how to keep radical Islamic terrorists out of his country. Which, of course, is why it was such a brilliantly bright plan of ours to remove him so they could then come pouring in.

 

Saddam used radical Sunnis as cannon fodder in his war with Iran. They didn't oppose him because he was on their side, more or less.
