I worded that poorly. None of the e-mails were headed with a classified marker. Three had non-standard in-line "(c)"'s marking individual paragraphs.

YF gets so angry about Obama the least transparent administration in history. Maybe Hillary using this server to move classified info was an act of civil disobedience.

Obama does have a pretty shitty record on transparency, and Clinton is going to be much worse.

For whatever it's worth, that was the primary reason I voted for Obama over Clinton in 2008. He talked a good game on transparency. Then failed utterly to back it up.

What's the pool action on YF gone missing after Clinton is installed? Put me down for April 23.

You've brought up overclassification several times. Could you, do you think, draw a straight line the lack of transparency through overclassification to this mess that HRC has gotten herself into?

Clinton uses a private server in large part to help control the information because she is rather rightfully paranoid after three decades of Republican ratfucking.

The private server ends up with classified information on it because policy on classification has creeped forward over the decades to the point where a ridiculous amount of information is classified. Virtually all officials in the executive branch have likely used private e-mail to discuss information that could be deemed classified.

The ratfucking brigade gets a hold of it and turns it into the latest attempt to bring down that uppity bitch.

Rep. Farenholtz used Tony's speeding ticket analogy. Yep.

I think Tony should be worried.
