If Hillary was not running for President she likely would have been prosecuted.
Comey likely did not want to interfere with the process and go down in history hated by 50 % of
    the country.
He made the right decision and handled it well. He put the information out there for the voters to decide which is as it should be.

If Clinton wasn't running for president and the GOP didn't see her as their white whale, this would have ended with the AIG and nobody would have ever heard of it.

So, you missed the part where I said the question was asked and Comey essentially dodged it. Ok

@cranberry says Comey's actions were "shameful." I tell you, I don't know who to believe anymore.

And in addition, if she wasn't running for president, there wouldn't have been eight separate Benghazi committees.

So, obviously, there's no double standard here!

Listen to me and only me. And only the most recent thing I say, in case I change my mind.

There are more than two. There are billions of standards. Only a small child would think that the exact same standard has to apply to everybody in all situations.

    Comey said there wasn't.

You really believe Comey, until now universally praised for his integrity, pulled a fast one?

Then take it up with him.
