Trump's not brilliant on the issue by any means, but he's willing to tell you what he thinks.

Hillary needs to convene a conference call, hear from her pollsters, and get a draft from her speechwriters before she can form an opinion.

So he postponed his VP pick out of respect for Nice, but will still take any FNC host's call? Makes total sense.

The last leader willing to tell us what he thought come what may was sure on 9/12 that Saddam Hussein was involved in 9/11 -- after his intelligence people said no. That did not lead to a happy ending. All human beings of whatever background and ideology love to ignore facts, but facts always get to bat last.

What was it I heard yesterday? "Tough talk and memes on the internet will surely stop the terrorists"?

What, exactly, is it that Trump can say or do to prevent an attack like tonight? If the French PM had great ideas on stopping the shootings here and told us how to stop them, do you think it would pull any weight with us?

Darn, I won't be getting any selfies with Tebow. He says he's not speaking at the convention:

    Hillary on with O'Reilly now.

Following Trump again, as with Egypt Air and Orlando.

I could have been convinced, but given the options we have now, it is an easy decision. Trump was bad enough, but the ticket becomes dramatically worse if Pence really is his choice as VP.

Someone needs to mention the bombing of the King David Hotel to Trump and ask how he defines "terrorist nations".

What? Go back and look at the campaign of bombings and assassinations in Palestine before the 1948 partition of Israel. The Palmach, the Irgun, and the Maccabees studied Northern Ireland and went to work on the British. The King David bombing looked a great deal like the Oklahoma City bombing. Menachem Begin was involved in the planning and execution of a lot of this, and he founded the Likud Party and became Israeli Prime Minister.

Palestine was abandoned by the British in great part because of a campaign of terrorism by the Jews. That's simply history. I'd just love to see that one tossed at Trump, because one he has no clue what it is and means, and two, whatever he said in response would be very amusing to watch ripple.

And no, I don't see them as morally equivalent. The King David was called and warned in advance, even. It is unfortunate that crank bomb threats were common and the warning was disregarded. The people inside were just as dead and maimed as if ISIS had been involved, though.
