My girlfriend is in Baltimore today.

I forgot to increase her life insurance coverage yesterday. Damnit.

I wondered if the prosecutor hadn't made a rash decision back when the murder charges against the officers were announced.

Three trials, so far, no convictions, and it will be extremely difficult to move forward against the remaining defendants after losing what was the strongest case.

The prosecutor should be the next mayor. That would be peak Baltimore.

At some point, they need to quit, don't they?

Can they really retry the cop who had a hung jury, given the results in the subsequent trials?
