It's telling in that none of it can be any one officer's fault -- something happened collectively but there's not enough evidence to say who did what.

But the fact that police by rule are found not guilty in such cases is a large part of the problem.

THE SYSTEM! IT'S RIGGED! EVERYTHING IS SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT! WHAT IS EVIDENCE?

Police would never ever mishandle evidence when investigating other cops. Nope.

It's like asking the used car dealer to do a safety check on the used car you want to buy from that same dealer rather than taking it to your own mechanic. Just what do you truly expect them to say?

Prosecutor drops all remaining charges against remaining defendants.

No one will go to jail for Gray's death.

His family received $6.4 million from the city.

The State lost 3 trials of those they deemed the most criminally responsible for his death and an African American Judge who was a former federal attorney who prosecuted excessive force cases said there was not enough evidence to prove a crime was committed.

Why should someone go to jail for a crime that was not committed?

So what does the prosecutor get promoted to now?

I don't think her race has anything to do with her massive failure. It was more her complete incompetence.
