    Baldasaro earned a rebuke from the New Hampshire Republican Party Chairman.

    I doubt he'll be arrested. Having the word "should" in what he said gives him enough plausible deniability for him to claim he wasn't threatening Clinton's life.

    He should have to resign from the state legislature. If he really is a veteran, he should lose his benefits. He should also take a remedial civics class and learn what treason really is.
