    The only things Trump can sell are fear, anger and hate. I'd like to think we're a better country than that.

    Kerry ran on "We don't like Bush."

    It didn't work.

    Does running on making people afraid ever work? Running on concrete plans and hope has always been a winner.

    Worked like a champ for Nixon in 68. Arguably put Bush over the top (think Willie Horton) in 88. Helped get Gore the popular vote edge (although famously not the electoral college) in 2000.

    The Dems will have some concrete plans, but they need to run on fear too: fear of an irrational, incompetent, unstable, ignorant and reckless racist fascist with his finger on the button. A Nazi.

    They've already redone the "Conscience of a Republican" ad from 1964; they need to redo "Daisy" ASAP.
