I want to know what exactly in the speech would Paul Ryan be getting behind.

The assumption appears to be that they all are -- even, and maybe especially, Dems in rustbelt states.

It's because no one fucking else will speak. You think she has that issue?

    So, I don't understand.

You're saying Hillary isn't clueless enough to let one of her enemies speak at her nominating convention, especially one with a reputation for being an off-the-cuff, smarmy douche ... and that's a strike against HER?

I have little doubt my dad would have at least been strongly considering Trump. I think he ultimately would have voted for Gary Johnson. (He voted for Perot.)

My mom supports Hillary and is vehemently anti-Trump.

    Who cares?

If you assume Dems will oppose a President Trump, then it takes only a few Republicans to stop any initiative of his.

But, if they hold a majority, they can send Paul Ryan's agenda to his desk.

A Clinton presidency will be a disaster for the GOP.

There is nothing that Trump has done since winning California that he hasn't found a way to spin positively. He should replace Manafort.

    Now you're just being silly.

Cruz earned the spot, and Trump didn't block it, even without an endorsement.

Hillary would have never given Bernie that courtesy. She isn't secure enough.

He's been nothing if not respectful to his opponents throughout this process.

Is there a Democrat who has not endorsed Hillary at this point? Toby Keith? He should speak.

"I have little doubt my doubt..."

Ack! Is that a variation of "I believe he believes..."???

Of course Trump is tailoring his speech to appeal to Rust Belt whites. Duh. He already has the South, the plains states and Intermountain West on lockdown. It's his path to victory.
