Yes. Exactly. There's no "allegedly" about it.

Has been under audit continually since 2002. And, in the years they've completed their audit -- up to 2008 -- they've found no issues.

 

If he was a terrorist, you'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

 

The IRS both confirmed that he is under audit and that there is no rule or guideline about him releasing not his tax returns because of it.

 

Hopefully some GGWAG will take him off within about two hours of his release.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said Friday that it would be unlikely for a taxpayer to be audited for multiple years in a row, a day after Donald Trump maintained the agency had audited him a dozen years running.
Koskinen, in an interview with C-SPAN’s “Newsmakers,” stressed repeatedly that he couldn’t comment directly on Trump’s personal tax situation. But the IRS chief also strongly suggested that the scenario Trump laid out in Thursday’s GOP debate was improbable.

Trump's obsession with counting the American flags on stage at the DNC is pandering at its worst.

 

He didn't claim that. He said his lawyers advised him not to release tax returns that are under audit.
