    Joe Biden being angry just doesn't work.. Too amiable. One of my brothers never left Delaware where I grew up. He's a lawyer and on the fringes of Republican politics. He's a literal country club Republican. He loathes Biden's politics, but thinks he is a great guy. If Biden had run against Clinton, my guess is he'd be giving a speech tomorrow, not tonight.
