No. According to Trump, Putin is there (Crimea) because Obama is here (in the Oval Office). If Trump had been here (in the Oval Office), Putin wouldn't be there (in Crimea).

Actually, Putin is there because people like John McCain and Chris Murphy and Victoria Nuland and 5 billion American dollars were there (in Kiev) to help overthrow the previous leader and install our puppet. Without that action, there would have been no Crimean reaction.
