At this point if Fucko drops out, he and his top brass should be prosecuted on a variety of felony charges, including election fraud, embezzlement, mail fraud and RICO.

Can the RNC force Trump out? Their language seems open to interpretation. Emphasis mine. Would "or otherwise" be an intentionally (and perhaps intelligently) vague means of evicting him? If so, Pence will hang in because he'd be the battlefield promotion candidate. Or at least a leader. Would love to be a fly on the wall for the meeting between Pence and the guy the nominee doesn't consider a war hero.
