Dude, do you KNOW what Moneygram would charge for that one? I can just see one of the mullahs traipsing down to Walmart in East Teheran and trying to pick that baby up without the transaction number.

Too bad they didn't "lose" one of those nukes over that mess instead of Goldsboro...

That reminds me of a story about former baseball player Vic Power. He went to a restaurant in the deep South during the 1950s or early 60s. The restaurant people told him, "We don't serve (N-words)."

He replied, "That's OK, I don't eat them."

Another good story about Power. He was ticketed for jaywalking in a segregated Southern city. He went to court and got the ticket dismissed because he told the judge he thought the Walk/Don't Walk signs were for whites only.

I will literally give money to Paul Ryan if this race is close. What an awful person Nehlen seems to be.

On Iran, Obama expressed surprise at criticism of his administration's cash payment to settle a longstanding legal claim, adamantly rejecting claims that it was a ransom paid for the release of the four Americans.

He pointed out that the payment, along with an additional $1.3 billion in interest to be paid later, was announced by the administration when it was concluded in January, a day after the implementation of a landmark nuclear agreement with Iran. "It wasn't a secret. We were completely open about it," he said.

Obama allowed that the one piece of new information, first reported this week by The Wall Street Journal, was that the $400 million was paid in cash. It was delivered to Iran on palettes aboard an unmarked plane.

"The only bit of news is that we paid cash," he said. "The reason is because we couldn't send them a check and we couldn't wire the money. We don't have a banking relationship with Iran which is part of the pressure we applied on them."

Dragging family into political disagreements is really the shittiest thing a person can do.

Why the hell is Trump pandering to Maine? Great strategy. He has almost no shot to win the state and even if he does, he gets a whopping two electoral votes. Why not campaign in a state that might actually affect the outcome?

Maine's governor Paul LePage was one of the first to endorse him. He's trying to find friends anywheres these days.

LePage also was given the title of "America's Craziest Governor" by Politico and Vanity Fair, FWIW.
