The best part about his rambling description of this Tehran money transfer is when he slips in two asides: 1. That it was a nice plane and 2. That the film was obviously professionally shot.

The man's brain does not operate like a normal person's.

 

I know that Hillary Clinton has lied, but she lies with some motivation behind it. He's pathological. He's just making up a story on the spot there, padding it with details as he goes. We've all known guys like that. There was a guy my freshman year of college in our house who every word from his mouth was a lie and everyone knew it, but he was entertaining. Coincidentally, he was also from New York.
